摘　　要：目前,我国的环境法中的公众参与规定内容较少且抽象,缺少具体详细的规定,一些公民维权行动也暴露出了立法的不完善。本文将试图从公众环境权、公众参与的程序性规范及环保社团的兴起与发展等角度提出完善的措施。At present, the content of public participation in environmental law is less and abstract, and lack of detailed rules, and some civic activism also revealed imperfect of legislation. This article will attempt to put forward perfect measures from the public environmental right, the procedural norms of public participation and the rising and development of environmental protection association etc.
