摘 要:目的:为医院青年药师的培养提供参考。方法:对某院中西药专业工作5年内的37名青年药师进行集中培训与考核,培训内容以审方、发药技能为重点,并与日常工作紧密结合,和采取模拟真实场景的形式进行考核。结果:经过培训后,该院青年药师的整体服务意识有所增强,审方发药技能均有所提升,且其中接受过医院药师规范化培训的青年药师相比其他药师取得了更好的成绩。结论:以青年药师为对象的集中培训与考核是提升医院药师服务能力的一项有益尝试,今后应在医院药师的终身教育中持续完善和强化。OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of pharmaceutical care skills of young pharmacists. METHODS: 37 young pharmacists with 5-years work experience engaged in western medicine and Chinese medicine received training and examination. The training content was related to routine work. The prescription review and drug dispensing skills were emphasized. The examination method simulated real scene. RESULTS: The service consciousness as well as prescription review and medication dispensing skills of all young pharmacists were improved. The pharmacists who received hospital pharmacist standardized training got better score than others. CONCLUSIONS: The practical centralized training and assessment targeted to young pharmacists is a useful exploration to enhance service skills of hospital pharmacists.
