配对免疫球蛋白受体B在大鼠损伤脊髓中的分布与表达研究

摘　　要：目的观察配对免疫球蛋白受体B(PirB)在大鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)中的分布与表达。方法 10只SD雌性大鼠(220 g)分为对照组与实验组(脊髓完全横断),各5只。通过免疫印迹以及荧光双标的方法确定PirB在SCI大鼠的细胞学定位以及蛋白含量的变化情况。结果 PirB分布在少突胶质细胞、前角运动神经元,而两组PirB阳性的细胞差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论 PirB的细胞学定位以及蛋白含量的变化可能参与SCI恢复的过程。Objective To observe the location and distribution of paired immunoglobulin-like receptor B （PirB） in rats with spinal cord injury. Methods Ten SD female rats （220g） are divided into control group and experiment group, with five rats in each group. And for experiment group, the five rats were subjected spinal cord injured. Then, western blot and the immunofluorescence were used to analyze the cellular location as well as protein content changes of PirB.Results PirB located in the oligodendrocytes and motor neurons in spinal cord injured rats; however, positive expressions of PirB showed no statistical difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Location and protein changes of PirB may be related to the recovery of spinal cord injury.
