摘  要:采用酸性深蓝5R对大豆蛋白、牛奶酪素蛋白与聚乙烯醇共混纤维进行染色试验。探讨了匀染剂合成单宁、平平加O、β-环糊精质量浓度对双蛋白纤维升温上染率的影响,分析了3种匀染剂对双蛋白纤维酸性深蓝5R染色率和最终上染量的影响,测试了3种匀染剂对酸性深蓝5R染色双蛋白纤维的匀染性。研究表明,加入0.3-1g/L合成单宁即可明显降低初始染色率提高其匀染性,对染料的最终上染量影响较小;加入0.02-0.5g/L的平平加O可降低初始染色率提高其匀染性,但同时染料的最终上染量显著降低;加入0.3-1.0g/L的β-环糊精对初始染色率和匀染性的影响较小,但染料的最终上染量却有所降低。This paper conducts a dyeing test on soy protein, milk casein protein and poval blend fiber using acid dark blue 5R, discusses the influence of mass concentration of levelling agents syntannin, Peregal O and β-cd on dye uptake rate of double-protein fiber at increased temperature, analyzes the influence of three levelling agents on dyeing rate and final dye uptake amount of double-protein fiber acid dark blue 5R and tests the level dyeing of three levelling agents for acaid dark blue 5R dyeing double-protein fiber. The research shows that adding 0.3 - 1 g/L syntannin can greatly reduce the original dyeing rate and improve its level dyeing and has little influence on the final dye uptake amount of dye; adding 0.02 -0.5 g/L Peragal 0 can reduce the original dyeing rate and improve its level dyeing, but meanwhile the final dye uptake amount of dye is greatly reduced ; adding 0.3 - 1 g/L β-cd has little influence on the original dyeing rate and level dyeing, but the final dye uptake amount of dye is reduced.
