摘  要:利用分光光度法测定纺织品中水萃取液pH值,并对响应时间、稳定性、线性关系和准确度等进行了分析。实验结果表明:溶液加入pH敏感比色皿约10min后,在617nm处吸光度值达到稳定,稳定后20min内吸光度值变化的绝对标准偏差为0.0002,相对标准偏差为0.24%,在4.01-9.18的测量范围内线性相关系数为0.9991,对pH值分别为4.01、6.86、9.18的3个标准缓冲溶液测定6次,结果标准误差分别为0.01、0.02、0.05,与pH玻璃电极的比对实验表明两者对纺织品水萃取液的测试结果相近。This research determines pH of water extract fluid in textiles with spectrophotometric method and tests the response time, stability, linear relation and accuracy of the method. The test result shows that, about 10 min after the solution is added to pH sensitive cuvette, the absorbance value achieves stability at 617 nm ; the absolute standard deviation of absorbance value change is 0. 000 2 and the relative standard deviation is 0.24% within 20 rain after stability; linear correlation coefficient is 0. 999 1 within the measurement scope of 4.01 -9.18 ; standard errors of six determination results of three standard buffered solutions with pH value respectively 4.01, 6. 86 and 9. 18 are respectively 0.01, 0.02 and 0.05. The contrast test with pH glass electrode shows that their determination results of water extract fluid in textiles are similar.
