摘  要:为了克服目前缫丝生产中手工捻丝鞘带来的劳动生产率低,绪与绪之间丝鞘质量不统一,影响生丝质量等问题,探索性地提出了利用假捻装置替代传统丝鞘,实现无丝鞘缫丝的方法;在此基础上,设计制备了替代丝鞘的假捻装置,并对利用该装置制备的生丝的相关质量指标进行了检验。结果表明:当替代丝鞘的假捻装置的往复移动假捻杆移动速度为180次/min时,所制备生丝的清洁、洁净、强度、伸长率等指标与利用传统丝鞘缫制的生丝基本相同,抱合指标有所提高,完全能够满足生产要求,显示无丝鞘缫丝的可行性。To overcome such problems as low labor produciivity, non-uniform throwing quality among threads and influence on raw silk quality caused by manual throwing sheath in the cmTent reeling production, this paper puts forward the method of using false twist device to replace traditional throwing sheath and thus realizing reeling without throwing sheath, designs and prepares a false twist device replacing throwing sheath on this basis and tests relevant quality indicators of raw silk prepared with this device. The result shows that, when the movement speed of false twist rod of false twist device replacing throwing sheath is 180 times/rain, indicators of raw silk prepared such as cleanliness, strength and elongation are basically equal to those of raw silk prepared using traditional throwing sheath and its cohesion indicator is improved. It can completely meet production requirements. This indicates the feasibility of reeling without throwinR sheath.
