摘 要:为了解决现有标准评价絮用材料舒适性能的指标众多,但对其优劣性的表征各有侧重,不相统一的问题。用模糊排序法实现包括丝绵在内的几种常见絮用材料的吸湿性、透气性和保暖性的综合测试分析。研究发现:羊毛纤维的吸湿性最好,但丝绵纤维、羽绒的保暖性更为优异。这给企业、消费者合理快捷地选择絮用材料带来困扰。运用模糊排序法突破了纺织品舒适性评价时面临的消费者个人偏好不统一、市场流行趋势多变等的障碍。To solve the problem of numerous indicators in current standards for evaluating the comfort of wadding and non-uniform characterization of its advantages and disadvantages, this study comprehensively testes and analyzes the hygroscopicity, breathability and heat retention property of several common wadding including silk floss with fuzzy ranking method. The research finds that wool fiber has the best hygroscopicity, but silk floss fiber and down feather have better heat retention property. This brings trouble to reasonable and convenient selection of wadding of enterprises and consumers. This study breaks through such obstacles as non-uniform personal preferences of consumers and changing market trend during the evaluation of textile comfort with fuzzy ranking method.
