摘 要:为研究镀银纤维长丝导电性能的影响因素,测试了在不同的温度、湿度、捻度、股数、氧化时间和摩擦次数时镀银纤维长丝的电阻,利用扫描电镜及EDS对测试结果进行分析。结果表明:镀银纤维长丝的导电性能随着温度的增大而增强;随着相对湿度的增大,镀银纤维长丝的电阻值变大,导电性能变差;加捻使得镀银纤维长丝单位长度的电阻增大;而并股则使得镀银纤维长丝的导电性能呈倒函数降低;氧化与摩擦都是导致镀银纤维长丝导电性能变差的原因。To study the conductivity of silver-plated filament, the resistance of silver-plated filament was tested at different temperatures, humidity, twists, number of strands, oxidation time and number of friction. SEM and EDS were used to analysis the test results which showed that the conductivity of silver-plated filament is enhanced as the temperature increases; as the relative humidity increases, the resistance of silver-plated filament becomes larger, which indicated that poor conductivity of the silver-plated filament ; twist make the resistance per unit length of silver- plated filament increase; the resistance decreases as reciprocal function with the increase of plies; oxidation and friction are the cause of poor conductive performance of silver-plated filament.
