摘  要:目的以光学测量数字散斑技术测量内固定钢板螺钉的位移,为临床医学提供生物力学依据。方法取8根肱骨,于其中点横断,制造肱骨中段骨折模型;将标本用8孔钢板固定,骨折线两端各使用4枚螺钉;将实验模型设计成10种状态。用电子万能试验机进行加载100与300N测量,通过相关软件计算位移。结果在不同载荷间的总位移比较,差异有统计学意义(F=49.155,P<0.001),即随着加载力的增大,5种模拟状态下第4钉、第5钉的总位移值均呈逐渐增大趋势。结论骨折线两端的2枚螺钉是承受较多应力的部位(应力集中),易于发生断裂,应选用比现有螺钉的直径增大1~3mm的螺钉,增加骨折线旁固定螺钉的稳定性以避免断钉等后遗症。Objective The bias of the steel plate's nail were measured of by the digital speckle method in order to make a theoretical basis for clinical fracture therapy. Methods A total of 8 humeral specimen were taken. The steel plate fixation model in the humerus 1/2 was made. Ten conditions were designed simulating to compare the experi- mental model. Then the specimens were fixed and installed on electronic universal testing machine. Under the Rally of 100N and 300N{newton), the bias were calculated by the related software. Results The displacement was in- creased with the added loading. When the axial load was applied, the 4th , 5th screws had made the greatest displace- ment under the 2 conditions of 100 newton and 500 newton, which were just located near the two fringes of fracture line (P(0.01). The total displacements were compared in 2 conditions. The difference retains the statistics meaning (P(0. 001), the total displacements of the 4th and 5th screws were increased gradually in 5 conditions. Conclusion When the steel plate for the treatment of the humeral shaft fracture was used, more than six holes of the steel plate should be chosen to increase its stability to avoid the breakage of screws. The two screws located near the two frin ges of the fracture line may undertake more stress and collapse easily. It would be better to choose the screw with the screw pore of diameter l^3mm longer the present last time,in order to increase its stability and avoid the breakage Of SCreWS.
