房价对居民幸福指数的影响——基于主观指标体系的分析

摘　　要：房价的不断上涨已经成为影响居民幸福指数的一个重要因素。本文拟从测评幸福感的主观指标体系的几个方面来分析房价对于居民幸福指数的影响,并从政府、消费者、和商业银行三个方面给出相应的建设措施。The rising housing price has become one of the predominant factors affecting the happiness index of residents. Based on several aspects of subjective index system, the paper analyzed the impact of housing price on happiness index of residents. Some constructive approaches are put forward on the part of the government, consumer and commercial banks.
