保乳手术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨保乳手术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法对我院从2005年1月到2007年6月期间乳腺癌治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。选择60名经手术治疗的乳腺癌患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予改良根治术治疗,观察组给予保乳手术治疗,随访5年观察临床效果。结果观察组患者在手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组5年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保乳手术治疗乳腺癌的效果确切,优点多,临床医师应根据患者的适应证合理应用。Objective To investigate the effect on breat-conserving surgery reserved mastectomy and modified radical mastectomy in breast cancer. Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2005 to June 2007 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in control group received the modified radical mastectomy, and the patients in observation group underwent breast conserving surgery. All patients were followed-up for 5 years. Results In the operation time, postoperative hospitalization, blood loss and complications, the observation group was less than that in the control group significantly （P〈0.05）. The 5-year survival rates were not significantly different between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The breast conserving surgery is safe and effective in treating breast cancer, which should be used according to indications.
