摘　　要：本文主要依据热交换器外壳所选材料的特点及其外形结构特点，分析许确定了合理的冲压成形工艺方案，同时财其成彤模具设计中的要点进行了重点阐述。This paper is mainly based on the characteristics of heat exchanger shell of the material ,and the characteristics of it＇s structure, Analysis and reasonable process scheme of die forming was determined ,At the same time ,its forming points in mould design are mainly discussed.
