摘　　要：本文详细阐述了MOLDFLOW技术的重要作用及地位，简洁地介绍了注塑工艺参的重要性，通过应用MOLDFLOWMPI软件对壁挂空调器面板模具进行MOLDFLOW填充分析，显示了MOLDFLOW技术在模具开发过程中对于优化塑料制品设计，优化塑料模设计和优化注射工艺参数等方面的显著作用。The important functions and status of MOLDFLOW technique are stated in detail. The importance of the injection technics parameter is simply introduced.The MOLDFLOW filling analysis of MP1 has been made on the mould for the faceplate of the hanging air-condition by MOLDFLOW/MPI software.The analysis result shows prominent actions of MOLDFLOW technics in the injection mould development,on the aspects of the optimization of the plastic produce design, the optimization of the injection mould design,the optimization of the injection technics parameters.
