摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育结合放松训练干预对妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法选择在我院手术后化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者100例为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组干预前后的心理状况、生理指标、生存质量。结果干预后,干预组的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能均有显著提高,而疲倦、恶心呕吐、睡眠、食欲、腹泻等症状明显好转,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量较差,通过健康教育结合放松训练的干预后,患者总体生活质量得到明显提高。Objective To discuss effect of health education combined with relaxation training on life quality of gyne- cology malignant tumor chemotherapy after surgery. Methods A total of 100 cases with gynecology malignant tumor af- ter surgery treated by chemotherapy were divided into interventional group and control group, each of 50 cases. Inter- ventional group received comprehensive nursing intervention, while control group received usual care. After interven- tion, psychologic status, physical signs, quality of life were compared. Results After intervention, physical functioning, role function, emotional function, cognitive function of interventional group improved apparently, which had significant difference with before intervention （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. Conclusion Quality of life of patients with gynecology malignant tumor is poor. By health education combined with relaxation training, quality of life can improve.
