摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环在医院抗菌药物使用管理中合理性持续改进应用及可行性,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法利用信息系统对抗菌药物使用现状进行分析,运用PDCA循环理论对不合理现象进行分析、制定干预计划,通过检查及时总结,从而指导临床合理用药。加强监督检查,及时反馈和处罚。结果运用PDCA循环后,我院抗菌药物使用各项控制指标均得到明显改善,抗菌药物使用率由84.0%降到61.2%,1类切口预防用药率由95%降到39.5%,手术预防用药时机合理性由25%上升到100%,持续改进达到预期目标。结论 PDCA循环用于医院抗菌药物持续改进中效果明显,可在医院抗菌药物管理中推广使用。Objective To investigate the application and feasibility of PDCA cyclb in the continuous improvement of antimicrobial drugs in hospital, in order to promote the intelligent use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods The present situation of antibacterial drugs were analyzed by using information system.Then used PDCA cycle to analyse the unreasonable phenomena, develop a plan of intervention, and through the inspection and timely summary to guide clinical rational drug use. Strengthened the supervision and inspection, and timely fedback and penalized. Results After the using of PDCA cycle, the guideposts of usage of antimicrobial drugs were obviously improved, the usage rate of antimicrobial drugs was declined from 84.0% to 61.2%, the usage rate for prophylaxis of type I incision was declined from 95.0% to 39.5%, the rationality of prophylactic opportunity for surgery was rising from 25% to 100%, the continuous improvement achieved the desired targets. Conclusion The effect of PDCA cycle in the continuous improvement of antimicrobial drugs in hospital is obvious, and it can be popularized in the management of antimicrobial drugs in hospital.
