摘　　要：探讨免疫组化室内质量控制的标准化管理,根据本科室免疫组化质量控制管理实际,从实验前、实验中、实验后三方面阐述免疫组化质量控制标准化管理细则,总结在实验过程中的经验和体会,提高免疫组化检测结果的准确性和可靠性。Discuss the standardized management of immunohistochemical quality control in our laboratory,Elaborated the details of standardized management of immunohistochemical quality control from three aspects in which pre-exper- iment, experimenting and post-experiment,according to our practice.Summarized the experience and understanding in the process of experiment, to improve the accuracy and reliability of the immunohistochemical detection resualts.
