脱敏法结合帕罗西汀片治疗早泄的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨脱敏法结合帕罗西汀片治疗早泄的临床疗效.方法 选择2011年3月～2012年9月我院收治的早泄患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例.观察组采用脱敏法与帕罗西汀片联合治疗,对照组予单纯的帕罗西汀片口服,两组患者均治疗3个月,3个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效、前后射精潜伏时间、患者及伴侣性生活满意度、副反应等.结果 观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,总有效率为95.24％,而对照组总有效率为76.19％,观察组治疗后平均射精潜伏时间与治疗前比较明显延长,患者及伴侣性生活满意度与治疗前比较明显提高.结论 脱敏法结合帕罗西汀片治疗早泄的临床疗效确切,可明显延长射精时间,提高性交满意度,该治疗方式值得临床推广、运用.Objective To explore the curative effect of desensitization combined with paroxetine tablets in the treat- ment of premature ejaculation. Methods A total of 84 eases of patients with premature ejaculation admitted to our hos- pital from March 2011 to September 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The patients of observation group were treated with desensitization combined with paroxetine, while the control group only with paroxetine tablets,the patients of the two groups were treated for 3 months, and after 3 months, the curative effect, ejaculation latency time, sexual satisfaction, side effects, etc. were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group, the total effective rate was 95.24%, while the control group was 76.19%; after treatment, the average ejaculation latency time of observation group was significantly longer than before, and the sexual satisfaction also improved significantly. Conclusion Desensitization combined with paroxetine has significant effect in the treatment of premature ejaculation, and it can obviously prolong ejaculation time, improve sexual satisfaction, so it＇s worthy of clinical promotion and ap- plication.
