摘  要:目的观察2型糖尿病大血管病变与患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白、血脂水平变化的关系。方法采用酶法及免疫比浊法分别测定30例2型糖尿病大血管病变患者、40例单纯2型糖尿病患者以及50例正常体检者的血浆超敏C反应蛋白和血脂水平含量,并对结果进行组间比较。结果 2型糖尿病患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白以及TG含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),2型糖尿病大血管病变组血浆超敏C反应蛋白和TG含量显著高于单纯2型糖尿病组(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病大血管病变组的超敏C反应蛋白和TG含量明显高于其他两组,提示血浆超敏C反应蛋白和血脂水平的检测有助于2型糖尿病大血管病变的早期诊断和病情分析。Objective To observe the type 2 diabetic maeroangiopathy patients and high-sensitivity C-reactive pro- tein, lipid changes in the relationship. Methods Using enzymatic and immune turbidimetry were measured respectively in 30 cases with type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy, 40 cases were simple in patients with type 2 diabetes and normal physical examination in 50 cases of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and lipid levels in plasma, and were compared between groups. Results Plasma of patients with type 2 diabetes high sensitivity C-reactive protein and TG levels were significantly higher than the normal control group (P 〈 0.01), 2 diabetic macroangiopathy plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and TG content was significantly higher than simple type 2 diabetes (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Type 2 diabetic rnacroangiopathy in group of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and TG content were significantly higher than the other two groups, suggesting that plasma high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and blood lipid levels in type 2 dia- betes detection helps macrovascular disease early diagnosis and analysis.
