超声心动图引导封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损的价值评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨超声心动图引导封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损的应用价值.方法 选择入我科治疗的Ⅱ孔中央型房间隔缺损患者118例,在多普勒超声心动图引导下进行Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗,于术后立刻评价介入治疗的手术封堵效果和有无并发症.结果 118例患者房间隔缺损口大小为7～35 mm,平均（19.3±6.2）mm,术中选用的封堵器型号为10～41 mm,平均（24.7±7.5） mm.封堵器大小与房间隔缺损口的大小密切相关（r-0.92,P＜0.05）.118例患者中,114例一次封堵成功.结论 多普勒超声心动图在引导Amplatzer封堵器治疗房间隔缺损过程中,对病例选择、封堵器植入的引导、评价术中封堵效果及评价术后并发症都具有重要价值,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore value on rITE guide in interventional therapy of patients with ASD. Methods 118 patients with II hole central room ADS were choosed from our department,they were treated with Amplatzer blockage underground TIlE guidance. After operation,evaluated the effect of interventional treatment,observate the complica- tions immediately. Results Atrial septal defect size of 118 patients were from 7 mm to 35 ram,the average size was （19.3± 6.2） mm, Amplatzer blockage model is from 10 mm to 41 mm, the average size was （24.7 ± 7.5）mm. Amplatzer blockage size and the Atrial septal defect had closely related （r = 0. 92, P 〈 0.05）. In 118 patients,ll4 cases of a successful closure. Conclusion Doppler ultrasound heartbeat graph in guiding the Amplatzer occlusion for atrial septal defect in the process,from the case selection, guidance, evaluation and assessment of the effect of blocking occluder implantation complications have important value, worthy of clinical application.
