摘　　要：提出了建设图书馆文化的基本理论构架 ,将图书馆文化的整体结构剖析为物质层、精神层、制度层三个层面 ,并就三个层面的建构分别作了具体描述。The paper puts forward the basic theoretical structure of building library culture,analyzes the entire structure of library culture in three aspects as material aspect,ideological aspect and system aspect,and describes in detail the structuring of these three aspects.
