摘　　要：本文介绍了糠醛装置的流程以及装置防腐蚀的措施和方法,研究内容主要包括以下几个方面:DCS集散控制和加热炉炉管的改装、生产装置的材质和缓蚀剂罐的增设研究。This paper introduces the process of furfural refining unit and the measures and methods which corrosion prevention device. This paper＇s research content mainly includes the following aspects： the DCS distributed control, the heating furnace tube modification, plant material and adding corrosion inhibitor tank.
