摘　　要：目的：观察唑来膦酸1年1次治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法：对2009年1月～2013年1月接受唑来膦酸1年1次注射治疗的23例早期股骨头坏死患者的临床资料及临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果：本组共23例患者均获随访，随访时间15～22个月，平均16．6个月。根据Harris评分标准，19例患者症状明显改善，4例患者无明显效果，总有效率达82．6％。结论：唑来膦酸能有效治疗早期股骨头坏死，但对其远期效果有待进一步研究。Objective ：To evaluate the clinical results of Zoledronic Acid treatment once yearly of early - stage osteonerosis of the fem- oral head. Methods：Twenty- three patients with early- stage osteonerosis of the femoral head who had received Zoledronic Acid treat- mere once yearly in our hospital between January 2009 to January 2013 , were involved in our retrospective investigation. Results：All pa- tients were followed up prospectively for an average of 16.6 months（ range 15 months to 22 months）. According to the Harris criteria, 19 cases were excellent, and 4 cases were poor. The total effective rate was 82.6%. Conclusion：Zoledronic Acid is effective in treatment of early - stage osteonerosis of the femoral head. However, its long - term effect is worth researching in future.
