摘　　要：引产是产科临床常用的方法,近年来越来越多的引产方法应用于临床。引产的适应证及操作规范在临床使用过程中非常重要,若不能很好掌握将严重危害母儿健康。本文就瘢痕子宫中晚期相关引产方法进行综述。Induction of labour is the most common obstetric method. The correct application may decrease the mor- bidities of the expectant mothers and babies, vice versa. So we must strictly handle the indication of induction,and operate normally, that will decrease the complication. More and more methods of indication are used in clinic recently. The article includes an overview of various techniques to effect delivery of scarred uterus.
