摘　　要：目的观察催眠镇痛术在宫腔镜检查治疗中的麻醉效果。方法将60例接受宫腔镜检查治疗的患者随机分入A、B两组,A组摆好截石位后静注丙泊酚1 mg/kg、瑞芬太尼1μg/kg后开始行宫腔镜手术;B组则于利多卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞下手术,对比观察两组的麻醉操作时间、麻醉效果、麻醉期间并发症,术后麻醉恢复时间、术后并发症及患者满意度。结果两种麻醉方法均能满足宫腔镜检查治疗的要求,A组麻醉操作时间短,术毕苏醒迅速,患者满意度更高。结论催眠镇痛术可替代传统的蛛网膜下腔阻滞用于宫腔镜的检查治疗。Objective To estimate the efficiency of the Hypno-anesthesia for hysteroscopy examination and treatment. Methods Sixty patients who appointed to undergoing hysteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups：A and B group. In group A,before the hysteroscopy was carried on,hypno-anesthesia was preformed by i.v. propofol 1 mg/kg and ramifentanl 1 p^g/kg. During the operation, Hypno-anesthesia status was maintained by micro-pump propofol and remifentanil.In group B,the patients were given subarachnoid block by 2% lidocaine for hysteroscopy. Comparative analyses the anesthesia inducing time,anesthetic effect ,recover time ,complications and patients ＇satisfaction between two groups. Results Hypno-anesthesia and subarachnoid block could both meet the requirement of hysteroscopy.The anesthesia inducing time and recover time was shorter in group A than in group B. There was a higher satisfaction in group A than in group B. Conclusion Instead of subarachnoid bloek,Hypno-anesthesia can be served as a useful anesthetic for hysteroscopy.
