摘　　要：通过对马克思主义垄断资本理论和西方新自由主义经济学，这两大理论流派的分析视角和概念框架进行对比分析，揭示其产生观点分歧的原因，并提出，要全面而深入地揭示当今由西方发达国家跨国公司主导的世界经济和政治秩序的本质，一个有效的途径是将马克思的自由竞争资本主义理论与当今竞争环境和形式的变化结合起来，丰富和发展马克思主义垄断资本理论。Through the analysis and contrast between two theoretic schools of Marxist theory of monopoly capital and western new non-monopoly economics, the paper reveals the causes of divergence of two schools. The author also points out that in order to comprehensively and deeply reveal the essence that the cross-nation corporations in the western developed countries lead the world economy and political order we should combine Marxist theory about liberal competitive capitalism with the eontemparary changes of competitive environment and forms, which will enrich and develop Marxist theory of monopoly capital.
