摘　　要：大学文化是大学长期发展过程中形成的物质文化和精神文化的总和，是大学建设中的观念形态部分，也是大学的核心和灵魂。大学作为中国先进文化的传承者和弘扬者，构建、创新与传承高品位的大学文化是义不容辞的历史责任，也是促进人的全面发展的基本要求。新建本科院校为实现自身更好发展，必须通过高品位大学文化建设提高人才培养质量。The college culture is the sam total of material culture and moral culture established in the long- term development of higher Learning institutions. It is both the idea form in the construction of a college and the core and soul of the college culture. As the transmitters and promoters of the Chinese advanced culture, colleges bear the bounden historical duty to construct, innovate and transmit the high-taste college culture. It is also the essential requirement to promote the all-round development of college students. In order to realize the better development and progress, the newly-established higher learning institutions must improve the personnel-training quality by means of constructing high-taste college culture.
