马克思主义政治经济学与西方新制度经济学的企业理论比较

摘　　要：马克思主义政治经济学与西方新制度经济学从不同的价值观和世界观出发，使用不同的方法，发展了不同的理论框架来解释西方现代企业的性质和演化规律。通过对这两种理论进行比较分析，得出的主要结论是：马克思主义政治经济学的企业理论更为科学和先进，只有在该理论的立场、观点和方法的指导下，中国才能在实践中探索出适应内外部环境、能有效地促进社会和谐和经济可持续发展的企业治理体制。Based on different world outlook and methodology, the Marxist political and economical theory and the Western new institutional economics developed different conceptual framework to explain the nature and evolution rule of the modem enterprises. Through comparative analysis, the paper concludes that the enterprises theory of the Marxist political and economical theory is more advanced and scientific, thus should become the guiding theory for the reform of Chinese enterprises governance system.
