松筋通络方对胶原性关节炎大鼠血清IL-1、IL-1β、TNF-α及滑膜病理的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨松筋通络方对胶原性关节炎模型大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-1β表达水平的影响。方法:将40只5周龄Wistar雌性大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、雷公藤对照组和松筋通络方组,每组10只。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-1β表达。结果:松筋通络方和雷公藤能够下调胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清致炎因子肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-1β的表达(P<0.01),而松筋通络方在降低白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-1β方面优于雷公藤(P<0.05)。结论:松筋通络方通过下调白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达,从而控制关节炎症发展,阻止病情进展。Objective：To investigate the effects of songjin tongluo formula on the expression of serum tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1 and interleukin-lα in rats with arthritis induced by collagen.Methods：40 female Wistar rats of 5 years old were randomly and equally divided into the blank control group,the model control group,the leigongteng control group and the songjin tongluo formula group.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA ） was used to detect the expression of serum tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1 and interleukin- 1β in rats with arthritis induced by collagen.Results：Songjin tongluo formula and leigongteng could down regulate the expression of serum tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1 and interleukin-1D （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,in rats with arthritis induced by collagen,with the former better than the latter （P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Songjin tongluo formula could control the development of arthritis and prevent disease progression by down regulating the expression of serum tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin- 1 and interleukin- 1β.
