摘　　要：自Hartmann术出现以来,其作为一种重要的术式在肠道良恶性疾病的手术中发挥着不可替代的作用。因为此术式有着并发症特别、二期还纳问题复杂等多种特点,其应用范围的选择和后期的治疗策略一直都是临床工作者研究探讨的重要问题。笔者将从多个方面对Hartmann术的优势、劣势和后期治疗加以阐述,以更好地指导临床实践。Since the Hartmann＇s procedure was found,it has played an irreplaceable roles in various kinds of intestinal diseases. Nevertheless,the range of applications and postoperative treatment strategy have been being important issues for this procedure. This article will introduce the researches on Hartmann＇s procedure to guide our clinical practice.
