摘　　要："米兰达警告"作为美国警方询问犯罪嫌疑人之前的必经法律程序,已经为很多国家移植和应用,其体现的宪法保护的基本权利越来越为各国所倡导,成为法制文明的指向标。从语用学的视角,对其进行多维度考察,对我国警察文明执法、司法正义都具有建设性意义。As the necessary legal procedure of American police in interrogating the criminal suspect,Miranda Warning has been transplanted and applied by numerous countries. The fundamental constitutional human rights involved in it has been advocated by more and more countries and become the indicator of legal civilization. It is constructive for civilized law enforcement of Chinese policemen and justice of law to research it with the perspective of pragmatics in several aspects.
