摘　　要：构建服务型公安机关是政府改革和社会发展的需要。为民服务活动有利于提升公安机关服务社会的能力;有利于提高公安机关执法为民的能力;有利于打造高效、廉洁的公安机关形象。在现阶段,公安机关应该通过加强民警核心价值观教育,强化"立警为公、执法为民"思想;拓宽对民警的业务培训,提升服务社会的工作能力和水平;以从优待警为载体,激励民警工作士气等途径,继续深化公安机关的服务职能。It is the need of government reform and social development to build service - typed public security organ. Activities of serving the people are beneficial to enhancing public security organ＇ s ability in serving the society, promoting public security organ＇ s a- bility in law enforcement for the people, building efficient and uncorrupted image of public security organ. At present, public security or- gan should deepen public security organ＇ s service functions through strengthening core values education to the policemen, intensifying the thinking of building the police for the country and law enforcement for the people, broadening professional training to the policemen, promoting policemen＇ s ability and level in servicing the society and encouraging policemen＇ s working morale by treating them well.
