摘 要:针对快速成型机铺料台升降机构,提出两种设计方案,即丝杠螺母与铺料台直接和间接两种连接方式,运用Pro/E和ADAMS软件对模型进行联合仿真;在Pro/E环境下建立三维模型,并将模型导入ADAMS中进行动力学分析,分别得到了两种方案下铺料台的速度、加速度曲线以及丝杠和丝杠螺母之间受力情况,通过分析和比较表明:方案二铺料台速度大小恒定,加速度波动和丝杠螺母副间作用力明显小于方案一,因此选用方案二作为新型快速成型机铺料台升降机构。所得的结果为改进机构设计、改善系统工作性能提供了依据,与传统设计相比更加直观清晰,提高了效率。It designed two programs for lifting mechanism of paving platform for rapid prototyping machine,which were linked by direct and indirect way between nut and platform,and co-simulated to the model with Pro/E and ADAMS; built threedimensional model with the environment of Pro/E and did dynamics analysis after model into ADAMS; got the results of the velocity and acceleration curve of paving platform for two programs and the force between screw and nut,according to the analysis and comparison,the results showed that:the velocity of the platform for program two was constant,and the acceleration fluctuation and the force between screw and nut was significantly less than program one,so chose program two as the lifting mechanism of paving platform for the new rapid prototyping machine.The conclusions lay the foundations for improving design and making better performance,and the design was more intuitive and clear compared with the traditional one and improved the efficiency.
