摘 要:装载机驾驶室是装载机重要结构总成,其作用是布置装载机操作机构以及为操作人员提供驾乘空间。为了满足工作环境的要求,它还必须为操作人员提供足够的安全保障及舒适的工作环境。对某型装载机驾驶室模态进行测试分析,结果表明驾驶室第一阶模态频率偏低。利用有限元分析工具Hyper works及NASTRAN得到与试验相应正的驾驶室FEM模型,进行基于驾驶室结构板件刚度特性的模态灵敏度分析,得出影响驾驶室第一阶模态频率的敏感区域,运用尺寸及形貌优化技术对驾驶室进行结构优化。优化前后结果对比表明驾驶室第一阶模态频率提升15.32%,驾驶室动态特性得到优化。Loader cab is an important structure of loader assembly,and its role is to operating mechanism and decorate loader driving space for the operator.In order to meet the requirements of working environment,it must provide adequate security for operation personnel and comfortable working environment.Through the modal test and analysis of the loader cap it founded that the fist modal frequency was closed to engine idling resonance frequency.In this condition,the cab resonance would be found.In order to solve that problem,the FEM model of the cab had been built by the Hyper works and NASTRAN.And comparing the numeric modal parameter with the experimental modal parameter,it validated the FEM modal.Then the modal sensitivity analysis had been taken to find the main area which affected the first modal frequency based on the plate stiffness of the cab.Size and Topography optimization had been done to those plates.And it improved the first ratural frequency by 15.32%,optimizing the structure of the loader cab.
