摘 要:为研究车辆传动装置润滑系统传动油温度随工况变化情况,根据传热学的基本理论,建立了一种车辆传动装置传动油温度模型,并提出求解方法。对某型车辆传动装置润滑系统不同工况条件下流过各产热部件和换热器的传动油温度进行了计算,得到传动油温度变化情况,对计算结果进行了对比分析。计算结果表明:计算结果与试验结果的最大相对误差<10%,满足工程计算要求;升挡加速过程传动油流过各产热部件后的温度和流过各换热器的温度都有所上升。In order to study changes of the transmission oil temperature of vehicle driving device lubrication system along with the changes of working conditions,it establishes a model for transmission oil temperature of vehicle driving device based on the basic theory of heat transfer,and proposes a solving method.With a certain type of vehicle driving device lubrication system,it calculates the transmissian oil temperature flowing through the heat production components and radiator under different working conditions,gets the changes of transmission oil temperature,and compares and analyzes the calculation results.The results show that:the maximum relative error between the calculated and experimental results is less than 10%;during the process of upshifting,trarsmission oil temperature flowing through the heat production parts and the heat exchangers is increasing.
