多元正极材料锂离子电池性能研究

摘  要:LiNix Coy Alz O2(NCA)材料是继LiCoO2之后出现的高容量正极材料,被认为是提高锂离子电池比能量的有效途径。针对锂离子电池高比能量的要求和工作特点,采用NCA材料研制了锂离子电池。研究了放电倍率、充电电压和工作温度对电池性能的影响,对电池的安全特性进行了考核,测试了电池的循环性能。结果表明,NCA材料锂离子电池高温和循环性能优异。LiNixCoyAl2O2 is a high capacity cathode material that appears after following LiCoO2. That material is considered to increase the specific energy of the lithium ion cell effectively. In order to meet the requirements of high energy density and working characteristics, lithium ion cells were developed with NCA materials. The influences of the discharge rate, the charging voltage and operating temperature on the performance of cell were investigated in detail. The cell safety features and performance of cycles were tested. The results show lithium ion cell of NCA material has excellent temperature performance and cycle performance.
