摘 要:作为一个重要的指标,电机温升对电机的安全运行和寿命长短会产生非常重要的影响,因此厂家经常会把电机温升测试作为电机出厂试验的重要组成部分。近几年来,随着电力电子技术的快速发展,智能电机也相继出现在各种生产实践中。而温升的在线监测,就成为保障智能电机安全稳定工作的重要手段。介绍了多种电机温升的测试方法,同时根据定子电阻与其自身温升的线性关系,重点研究用定子电阻在线监测方法实现对智能电机定子绕组平均温升的在线实时测试,并设计开发了基于数据采集卡的计算机自动化测试系统,详细讨论了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。As an important indicator, the temperature rising is of great importance for motor's safely running and the longevity of isolation; so that motor's temperature rising test turns out to be a significant part before leaving factory. In recent years, with the rapid development of power electronics technology, intelligent motor have also appeared in various production practices. The online monitoring of temperature rise becomes an important means to safeguard the security and stability of the work of intelligent motor. Many kinds of test methods for a variety of motor temperature rise were introduced. According to the relationship between the stator resistance and self temperature rise, the online real-time average temperature rising of the intelligent motor stator windings was tested by the stator resistance with online monitor. The computer automated test system based on data acquisition card was designed, and the composition of hardware and the design of software were discussed.
