摘 要:分别在体外培养的鸡脾淋巴细胞中加入0.5%二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、10μmol/L镉和10μmol/L镉与不同浓度的黄芪甲苷混合液,研究黄芪甲苷对镉致鸡脾淋巴细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明,DMSO对脾淋巴细胞膜ATP酶活性无显著性影响(P>0.05),不同浓度的黄芪甲苷均能提高染镉后脾淋巴细胞膜ATP酶的活性(P<0.05),其影响较为显著的是10 mg/L的黄芪甲苷浓度组。研究表明黄芪甲苷能有效抑制镉对脾淋巴细胞膜的损伤作用。To study the influence of astragaloside to ATPase activity of cadmium-treated chicken spleen lymphocyte membrane, 0.5% DMSO, the mixture of Cd (10 μmol/L), Cd (10 μmol/L)+astragaloside (5, 10, 20 mg/L) and different concentrations of astragaloside were divided into lymphocyte in vitro, ATPase activity of cells membrane were detected after 24,48,72 h. The results showed that DMSO had no significant effect on ATPase activity (P〉0.05),but different concentrations of astragaloside (5,10,20 mg/L) could improve ATPase activity (P〈0.05),and the group of Cd (10 μmol/L)+ astragaloside (10 mg/L)was the most significant effects in all. This study suggested that astragaloside could inhibit the damage of cadmium to chicken spleen lymphocyte membrane.
