摘　　要：目的了解河南省1200名留守妇女对艾滋病的认知及相关行为习惯现状．为留守妇女艾滋病的防治提供科学依据。方法采用本课题组及流行病专家共同制定的调查问卷表，对外出打工相对集中的新蔡、太康和固始县20～50岁1200名留守妇女艾滋病认知及相关行为习惯现状进行调查。结果留守妇女的平均文化程度处于初中水平，照顾孩子和老人是留守妇女的重要任务。留守妇女对艾滋病的知识比较缺乏，夫妻间电话交流甚少。丈夫回来使用安全套占21．5％，从没使用过占77．0％，并且留守妇女的卫生习惯很不好，身体状况普遍欠佳。结论留守妇女是存在艾滋病感染比例较高的危险人群，急需政府部门采取有效的教育方式进行宣传教育，同时重视行为习惯的干预。OBJECTIVE The study aimed to assess the current situations on the understanding of AIDS and the related be- havioral habits among 1 200 rural women in Henan, so to provide a scientific reference for the prevention of AIDS in rural women. METHODS 1 200 rural women aged between 20 and 50 from Xincai, Taikang, and Gushi Counties were surveyed by using a questionnaire designed by our research group and epidemiology experts to investigate the current situations on the understanding of AIDS and the related behavioral habits among the women. RESULTS In general, the women received only junior high school education, and taking care of the children and elderly was the main task of the women. The women lacked AIDS-related knowledge and rarely communicated with their husbands on the phone. 21.5% of the husbands used condoms when returning home, and 77.0% had never used condoms. In addition, hygiene habits of the rural women were considerably poor and their health was in poor conditions in general. CONCLUSION Rural women are among the high-risk population for HIV infection. Urgent need exists for the government to implement effective forms of education on the women and intervention of behavioral habits should be emphasized.
