摘　　要：目的对滨城区18。69岁居民血压水平进行调查分析，为高血压的预防与控制提供基础数据。方法随机抽取4个乡镇／办事处的12个村／居委会．对1300位18—69岁居民进行血压测量。结果（1）滨城区2011年18—69岁居民平均血压水平为120／78mmHg，其中男性平均血压水平为124／81mmHg，女性为115／76mmHg；（2）高血压患病率为22．15％，其中男性患病率为27-24％，女性为17．13％；（3）正常高值血压比率为36．56％，其中男性正常高值血压比率为45．53％，女性为28．78％。结论滨城区2011年18—69岁居民高血压患病率处于较高水平，应该在居民中广泛开展以预防高血压等慢性非传染性疾病为主题的健康教育，倡导健康生活方式，以降低高血压发病率。OBJECTIVE The study surveyed and analyzed the blood pressure conditions among residents of Bincheng District between the age of 18 and 69 to provide fundamantal data for the prevention and control of hypertension. METHODS 1300 residents between the age of 18 and 69 from 12 villages/neighborhood committees in 4 town/village offices were randomly se- lected, and blood pressures of the residents were measured. RESULTS （ 1 ） Average blood pressure of the residents was 120/78 mm Hg, with the average blood pressure of male and female residents being 124/81 mm Hg and 115/76 mm Hg, respectively. （2） Incidence of hypertension among the residents was 22.15%, with the incidence among male and female residents being 27.24% and 17.13%, respectively. （3） Prevalence of high-normal blood pressure among the residents was 36.56%, with the rate among male and female residents being 45.53% and 28.78%, respectively. CONCLUSION Hyperten- sion is highly prevalent among residents of Bincheng District between the age of 18 and 69. Health education themed on the prevention of hypertension and other chronic non-communicable diseases and healthy lifestyles should be promoted to reduce the incidence of hypertension among the residents.
