摘  要:目的探讨体检中心高血压电话随访管理的效果,了解这种疾病管理方案的可行性,为体检中心进行疾病管理提供参考。方法随机选取60例高血压患者进行高血压的电话随访管理,同时选取70例高血压患者进行常规处理作为对照组。两组均在干预前后收集体重、血压、血脂、空腹血糖等临床指标、生活行为习惯等情况及10年内心血管病发病的危险。比较两组患者在项目实施前后的变化情况。结果研究组干预前后的收缩压和舒张压均降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);对照组干预前后的舒张压降低,差值有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。研究组1年后在血压达标情况优于对照组(χ2=4.82,P=0.03);研究组干预前后的10年心血管病发病危险降低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.60,P=0.01);研究组低盐低脂饮食、血压监测、坚持运动、吸烟、坚持服药的情况均有提高,差异有统计学意义。结论体检中心进行的高血压电话随访管理是可以改善生活方式,降低血压和10年心血管病发病危险。OBJECTIVE The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the management of telephone follow-ups on hyperten- sion patients at the physical examination center and to determine the feasibility of the disease management program, so to pro- vide references for disease management at physical examination centers. METHODS 60 hypertension patients were randomly selected and subjected to telephone follow-up managements; meanwhile, 70 hypertension patients were selected as the con- trol group and subjected to routine disease managments. Body weight, blood pressure, blood lipid level, fasting blood sugar level, behavior and habits, and 10-year risk of cardiovascular diseases before and after the implementation of the interven- tion of the two groups were recorded and the changes were analyzed. RESULTS Both the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group showed a significant decrease after the intervention (P 〈 0.05), and the decrease in diastolic blood pressure of the control group was also statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). One year into the intervention, the experimental group reached its target blood pressure more effectively than the control group ()~ = 4.82, P = 0.03), and the 10-year risk of cardiovascular diseases of the experimental group also decreased significantly after the intervention (t = 2.60, P = 0.01 ). Additionally, significant improvements in the prevalence of consuming low-sodium and low-cholesterol diets, routine blood pressure monitoring, regular exercises, smoking cessation, and continuing the prescribed medications among the experimen- tal group were also observed. CONCLUSION Management of telephone follow-ups on hypertension patients at the physical examination center is shown to improve lifestyle and reduced blood pressure and 10-year risk of cardiovascular diseases of the patients.
