北京某高校教职工2008～2011年慢性病患病变化情况

摘　　要：目的了解北京某高校5 609名教职工分别在2008年和2011年主要慢性病的患病情况。方法对2008及2011年某高校同一教职工人群的体格检查结果进行分析。结果 2011年患病率较高的疾病由高到低依次为高血压(31.68%)、血脂异常(27.53%)、脂肪肝(25.28%)、糖尿病(9.13%)、冠心病(6.01%)。高血压、糖尿病、冠心病的患病率3年间均有明显的升高(P﹤0.05),血脂异常的患病率3年间有明显的下降(P﹤0.05),脂肪肝的患病率没有明显的变化(P﹥0.05)。2008年的高血压人群3年后罹患糖尿病和冠心病的几率明显大于非高血压的人群。结论与行为生活方式有关的慢性非传染性疾病对职工身体健康的威胁越来越大,应积极通过多种形式的健康教育活动提高他们的身体素质,减少慢性病的发病和危害。OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to assess the incidences of major chronic diseases among 5609 faculties and staffs of a college in Beijing between 2008 and 2011. METHODS Physical examination results of the same faculties and staffs of a college in Beijing between 2008 and 2011 were analyzed. RESULTS For the year of 2013, diseases with the high- est to the lowest incidence were hypertension （33.68%）, hyperlipidemia （27.53%）, fatty liver disease （25.28%）, diabetes （9.13%）, and coronary heart disease （6.03%）. 3ncidences of hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease significant- ly increased during the three years （P 〈 0.05）; incidence of hyperlipidemia significantly decreased during the three years （P 〈 0.05）, and no significant change was observed in the incidence of fatty liver disease （P 〈 0.05）. Faculties and staffs with hypertension in 2008 had significantly greater chances of diabetes and coronary heart disease after 3 years than those without hypertension. CONCLUSION Lifestyle-related chronic non-infectious diseases have posed increasingly greater threats to the physical health of the faculties and staffs. Various forms of health education and activities should be actively implemented to improve the health of the faculties and staffs, and to thus reduce the incidence and risk of chronic diseases.
