鄂西北高校体育场馆发展困境及对策

摘　　要：通过实地调查、访谈等方法对鄂西北襄阳、十堰、丹江口9所高校体育场馆资源配置及利用效率与效益进行调查与分析,发现各校共同面临的突出问题包括学校超常规发展带来的资金短缺,场馆设施不能满足教学、训练和校园体育活动的需要,管理者思想认识和管理不到位,场馆设计、布局、建设、养护和开发利用不尽合理等.提出了拓宽体育场馆建设融资渠道,提高场馆设计科技含量,合理选址,完善场馆配备目录等具体对策.With resource allocation and utilization efficiency of stadiums of 9 universities in Xiangyang, Shiyan and Danjiangkou surveyed, it found that these universities face common prominent problems： there exsits shortage of funds because of ultra-conventional development; limited stadiums facilities can not meet the need for teaching, training and campus sports demands; administrator doesn＇t manage scientifically; stadium design, layout, construction, maintenance, development and utilization are unreasonable to some extent. It is advisable to broaden the financing channels for construction of stadiums, to design stadiums more scientifically, to select site reasonably and to perfect contents for facilities.
