摘 要:为研究定子线棒绝缘层力学性能的考核方法,通过设计4点弯曲断裂试验方法,对线棒进行载荷-应变和载荷-挠度测试,分析比较了3点弯曲试验方法与4点弯曲试验方法以及绝缘断裂失效与电性能的关系。结果表明:采用4点弯曲试验方法可有效考核绝缘结构的本征力学性能,4点弯曲断裂试验后线棒的介质损耗因数增量大幅增加,击穿电压明显下降,拐点时的断裂应变值暂可推荐作为线棒绝缘断裂应变失效的参考标准。In order to study the checking method of mechanical properties of the stator bar insulation, four bending fracture test method was designed to test the load-strain and load-deflection of the stator bar, and the three bending fracture test method and four bending fracture test method were compared and the relationship between fracture failure and electric properties of the insulation were analyzed. The results show that the four bending fracture test method can effectively check the mechanical properties of the insulation structure. The dielectric loss factor of the stator bar after four bending fracture test increas-es greatly, and the breakdown voltage decreases obviously. The stress at the inflection point can be rec-ommended as a reference standard of fracture failure for stator bar insulation.
