摘　　要：目的:探讨心内科优质护理服务的临床应用。方法:对病人进行全面优质护理服务。结果:病人的综合满意度在95%以上,护理投诉为零。结论:优质护理服务是减少护理投诉,促进护患和谐,拓宽医疗市场的有效方法。Objective To explore the clinical application of high quality nursing service in Department of cardiology. Methods： the overall quality of care of patients. Results： the overall satisfaction of patients in more than 95%, nursing complaint is zero. Conclusion： high quality nursing service is to reduce nursing complaint, promote nurse-patient harmonious, broadening the effective methods of medical market.
