摘　　要：遵循以人为本的原则,从用户角度出发评价电子资源的综合利用是应然之举,构建以用户需求为导向的图书馆电子资源评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对各指标进行权重计算,并用UCINET软件对评价指标进行可视化分析。Follow the principle of people^oriented ,it is necessi~ to evaluate the comprehensive utilization of electronic re- sources from the user＇s point of ~ews~ The paper constructed the index system of evaluation of library electronic re- source oriented to user needs, used AHP to calculate the weight of each index and the evaluation index of visual analysis with UCINET software
