摘　　要：探讨了无障碍服务理念在公共图书馆的服务实践中的含义。并以黑龙江省图书馆无障碍服务中心为例,阐释了适用于中国图书馆的弱势群体无障碍服务模式,并就笔者理解提出了一些建议。This Paper discusses the connotation of Accessibility Services in public libraries. I take the center of Accessibility Service in Heilongjiang Library as an example to show the appropriate service pattern to the disadvantaged groups in Chinese Libraries and make some recommendation on it.
