基于学科馆员建设的高校图书馆信息服务模式探讨

摘　　要："学科馆员"与"学科服务"是国际图书馆界的一种先进的办馆理念和全新服务模式。建立学科馆员制度是高校图书馆服务创新和自身发展的要求,也是提高高校图书馆核心竞争力和服务质量的途径。分析了基于学科馆员建设的信息服务模式是高校图书馆的最佳信息服务模式,提出了高校图书馆应该建立基于学科馆员建设的信息服务模式,以及学科馆员信息服务模式的"双向工作目标"。＂Subject librarian ＂and＂ subject services＂ in the International library Circle is a kind of advanced concept to run a li- brary and a new service mode. Establishing the subject librarian system is the University Library service innovation and development requirements, also to improve the core competitive power of University Library and the quality of service. In this paper, based on the analysis of the construction of Subject Librarians of university library informa- tion service model is the best mode of information service, puts forward that university library should establish the information service mode based on the subject librarian construction, and the information service of subject librarian mode ＂two-way working target＂.
