摘　　要：在阐述云计算发展趋势和特点的基础上,分析目前数字图书馆科技文献服务建设特点,同时分析了存在服务机制不统一、检索入口繁琐等问题,针对构建基于云计算的数字图书馆科技文献服务平台优点,论述了云计算环境下数字图书馆科技文献的创新服务包括:数字图书馆的Saas、数字图书馆的Paas及数字图书馆的Iaas。Elaborated on the basis of the development trends and characteristics of cloud computing. This paper has analyzed the issues about the scientific document service, including the clear building policy, diversification of user services, and the basic technology. Analyzed of the problem, such as the mechanism being not uniform, search portal issues. Building the digital library of scientific literature service platform on cloud computing, the service cloud is platform with efficient, personalized and mobile features. And discusses innovative services, including digital libraries of sci- entific literature in the cloud computing environment： Saas of digital library, Paas of digital libraries and Iaas of dig- ital library.
