摘  要:目的分析小儿外科病区发生护患纠纷的原因,探讨有效的预防措施。方法对发生在某科室的32起护患纠纷进行分析,针对不同的原因探讨针对性的防范措施并进行相应的人文关怀。结果 32起护患纠纷分别因技术操作不熟练、服务态度欠佳、护理查对制度执行不严格、责任心不强等引起。采取针对性的措施并进行相应的人文关怀后,有效地减少了护患纠纷。结论提高护士的业务水平,加强人文关怀,严格执行查对制度,合理收费,构建和谐的护患关系,对避免发生护患纠纷具有重要作用。Objective:To analyze the causes of the nurse- patient disputes in pediatric surgical wards, and to explore effective preventive measures. Methods : Based on the 32 nurse - patient disputes happened in a certain department, explore corresponding preventive measures according to different reasons and carry out the corresponding humanistic care. Rsults:The resons for the disputes are not skilled technical operation, poor service attitude, not rigorous nursing check system, the weak sense of responsibility and so on. After the targeted measures and corresponding humanistic care, effectively reduce the dispute between nurses and patients. Conclusion:Improving the level of nurses' business, strengthening the humanistic care, carrying out a strict check system and reasonable charge, the construction of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients play an important role in avoiding disputes.
