医患关系的社会舆情对医学生影响的量化分析与质性研究——以西安市医学院校为例

摘　　要：目的调查当前医患关系的社会舆情对西安市医学院校医学生的影响。方法使用自制调查问卷对西安3所大型医学院校进行抽样调查,并对结果进行统计学处理和主题分析法分析。结果①西安市医学院校医学生对当前医患关系总体认知仍以"紧张"为主,但认为"特别紧张"的不多;②对医学生造成影响的医患关系社会舆情最主要来源依次是媒体报道、社会传闻和亲朋好友;③带教老师、影视剧中医患关系的社会舆情对医学生产生了负面影响;④不良医患关系的社会舆情对于医学生的影响主要表现在专业热爱度和择业观上。结论当前不良医患关系的社会舆情已经通过多种渠道对医学生的专业热爱度和择业观造成了负面影响,要想减少这种负面影响需要从社会、媒体、学校、教师等多方面加强措施。Objectives：To investigate the impact of the social public opinion of the doctor- patient relationship on the medical students in Xian. Methods：We conducted a sample survey of three large medical colleges in Xi＇an by using self- made questionnaire. Rrsults：（1）The general cognition of the doctor- patient relationship in medical students was ＂tense＂ ; （2）The social public opinion of doctor -patient relationship was mostly from media reports, social rumors, friends and families; （3）clinieal teachers and the social public opinion of the doctor - patient relationship in television brought negative impacts; （4）Adverse social public opinion has brought negative impacts on the professional love degree and view of employment. Conclusion：The Adverse social public opinion of the doctor- pa- tient relationship had brought negative effects on medical students, countermeasures should be taken from multilevels of society, media, schools and teachers through a variety of ways.
